I. RETURN POLICY:
Our policy accept the return within 15 days since the delivery date. If 15 days after delivery date have gone, unfortunately we DO NOT offer you a refund or exchange.
About the eligible return, your item must be unused and with the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Completing your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send us your order number .Please take the photos of the items with different angles once you send us for the return request.
Please note that: we do not support the return shipping fee.
Please check the item image or size chart carefully before you order, we do not accept the reason that you do not like the item or not suitable. In this case, we will deduct $5 from your refund, due to our operation cost. We have size chart for each item, if not, you are considering on our size chart, please contact us for more details at echicdeal@gmail.com
II. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us email via echicdeal@gmail.com, in case you need to exchange it for the same item, and we will send you the return locations. After received the item we will exchange to you. Please allow us a few days for the checking on return item before sending the exchange.
III. RETURN PROCESS
Returning your product, please email mail us at EchicDeal@gmail.com and we will send you the return address. After received the item and checking the quality, we will refund to you,
Note: You need to return the item on time within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are announced to us via email. Tracking information is needed. Please send us via email the tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, in case we need to pay the return shipping fee.
Additional for return details: During the return process, the item does not qualify for a return or exchange, in cases:
1/ notice that the item you are wanting to return is not appearing or you cannot select it,
2/ No tracking for return item,
3/ Lost in transit: We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
We only accept a return of defective goods or goods distinctly different from the description.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
In case damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery via support service.

IV. ORDER CANCELLATION:
You only can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing orders.
V. REFUNDS
Your return item will be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days.
(if applicable) Late or missing refunds
Please check with your bank in case you haven’t received a refund yet. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit company usually takes longer to credit back to your account.
