Destinations we regularly ship to include; Australia, USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland and the rest of the EU. If your country is not on this list, not to fear we can still send get our items to you.

Question: Do you ship to XY country?

Answer: Yes, we ship to all countries except for mainland China, Indonesia and Bolivia, India where shipping is unfortunately not available for logistics reasons. 

Question: Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

Answer: Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Question: When will I receive tracking information?

Answer: Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.

QuestionMy order has not arrived yet, even after 90 days.

Answer: While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items from. If it does not arrive within 9 weeks upon ordering, we can offer you a full-refund, guaranteed!  

QuestionI have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?

Answer: All most  items are shipped directly from the USA, while others internationally directly from our suppliers.Some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may experience delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different states. We will provide you with the tracking number to monitor the status of your package in real-time!

QuestionWhat about possible custom fees? 

Answer: We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.
